Helping men who feel like they don’t quite fit, find their footing again.
Many men spend years juggling careers, relationships, and expectations, only to feel like they’re still one step behind. Maybe you’ve built success on the outside, but inside, you feel scattered, anxious, or like an imposter waiting to be exposed. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep holding it all together by yourself.
I’m a Miami-native and licensed counselor specializing in men’s ADHD and trauma recovery. With clinical experience in substance abuse, PTSD, anxiety, and multicultural mental health, I help driven men understand their minds, regulate their emotions, and rebuild confidence from the inside out. My work is grounded in science, evidence-based methods, and a deep respect for the resilience every client brings into the room.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I trained at Barry University and the New World School of the Arts, where I learned how movement, mindfulness, and emotional expression intersect. That understanding continues to shape my practice today—blending mental health counseling with an appreciation for how stress and trauma live in the body.
I believe men deserve a space to be real—to talk about ADHD, trauma, or anything else that makes them feel “different.” My mission is simple: to help imposters feel at home in their own shoes.
Based in South Florida, I work with men ready to stop hiding behind “having it all together” and start feeling whole again.
